Our love of Paddington has sparked an interest in marmalade sandwiches. We wanted to know what marmalade felt like, smelt like, tasted like and where it came from. We experimented and investigated all things marmalade! We practised cutting bread, spreading marmalade and handling knives safely. This supported our fine motor skills and wider knowledge of the world. Lots of sticky fingers and lots of yummy sandwiches!
