PTA pre-loved book sale – March 2026
To celebrate World Book Day and support school's ambition for every child to nurture a love of reading, the PTA ran a used children's book sale in March.
Families sent in hundreds of pre-loved children's books, suitable for children aged anywhere between Nursery and Year 6. These were then sold at bargain prices, so other children could boost their reading collections and give these books a new lease of life. The event was incredibly successful, and PTA volunteers did a wonderful job manning the stalls.
The leftover books were either claimed by class teachers to improve the selection of books in their classrooms, and the remainders were given to charity.
