In October, we learnt about freezing by doing the most important test imaginable - we made ice cream!
We put the ingredients in a plastic bag and put these in another carrier bag with lots of ice. 15 minutes of vigorous shaking later and we had ice cream. It looked great, it felt great, it smelled great and … but ... well … it tasted a little bit ... unpleasant. Oops.
We were not downhearted though, as it gives us lots of room for improvement in the future. To use a Growth Mindset saying, "we can't make ice cream YET." One day we will be able to.
