This year, the children wore spotty clothes to celebrate Children In Need, as part of a “spot-tacular” approach to fundraising. Families were invited to make donations to support this amazing cause and school raised a fantastic £544.43.
The School Council did special assemblies for KS1 and KS2 to find out what the charity will do with the money we raised. It was very informative and it felt good to know we were helping to look after children who needed support. Lots of us also watched the television programme in the evening to learn more.
I would like to thank Miss Wood and all the School Council members for the effort they put in.
